Restrictions

  2. A Customers own funds are utilised first before Bonus spins are used in play.

If customers engage in Prohibited Activities, or we have cause to suspect that they have done so, then we may cancel all or part of any bonus applied to the customers account, reclaim any bonus the customer may have received as part of a bonus or promotion and/or suspend customers account and void any free bets or bets funded by a bonus or promotion (that is treat them as if they had never been placed) and/or remove any winnings, relating to or arising from that bonus.
  5. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  6. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and/or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, or any other automated means, in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, then that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize or bonus award will be void.
  7. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to completion of wagering requirements, if any, or (where applicable) the award of any prize (other than bonus funds), then bonus funds in relation to the former are forfeited and in respect of the latter then reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method within a reasonable time period in relation to any live entries at time of closure.
  8.
