Deposit Limits
We provide you with the facility to set deposit limits, and upon registration you are given the opportunity to set a maximum amount you can deposit to you Lottoland account in a 24-hour period (00.00 – 23:59 Central European Time “CET”. CET is an hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time “GMT” which is the time zone in Great Britain.).
You can change this limit at any time, and set a weekly or monthly deposit limit, by logging in to your Lottoland account and following these step-by-step instructions:
1. Click on My Account on the top right hand corner
2. Click on the My Account tab
3. Scroll down and find Deposit Limit
4. Click Edit to change the Deposit Limit
If you ask us to lower your deposit limit, we will implement this request immediately and no more than 24 hours after your request has been received. However, should you ask us to increase your deposit limit, we will implement a 24-hour ‘cooling-off’ period before carrying out this request.
Reality Checks
To help you manage the amount of time and money you spend on our casino games at Lottoland, you can set a Reality Check, a pop-up alert, that appears at regular intervals, chosen by you, while you use our casino games.
The default time for the Reality Check interval, offered on our ‘drop down’ menu of pre-set time intervals, is set at the minimum interval available for you to receive a Reality Check (i.e. 1 hour). You can set or amend the interval in the “Games Reality Check” section in My Account, for 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 hour intervals.
The timer for a Reality Check is triggered when you place your first bet on a casino game. When you have played for the length of time you have selected for a Reality Check, a pop-up alert appears to remind you that you have been playing for that length of time and giving you the option of continuing to play or exiting. The Reality Check pop-up alert also provides you with a link to check your account history to help you make an informed decision whether to continue playing or to exit play.
The following games (Live Roulette (including variants: Double Ball, Speed, Auto-Roulette, Immersive), Live Blackjack, Live Casino Hold-Em, Live Baccarat (including variants: Squeeze, Control Squeeze), Live Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em, Live Three Card Poker, Live Caribbean Stud, Live Money Wheel (Dreamcatcher) provide the option to set a separate Reality Check facility. This separate Reality Check facility is for these games only and you will be given the option of using this facility when you first launch any of these games. The Reality Check intervals offered on this separate facility are never, 30, 60 or 120 minute intervals, with the default set to 30 minutes. Please be advised that if you choose to set this separate Reality Check it will override the general Reality Check explained above.
Time Out
If you would like to take a break from your account, our Time Out facility allows you to request we suspend your account access for a period of your choosing; this period can be 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month.
To take a temporary break Time Out from Lottoland, just go to My Account, click edit on “Account and Safer Gaming Status”, select “temporary suspension”, choose how long you would like to suspend access to your account for and press “submit”.
Self-exclusion
If you are concerned that you are at risk of developing a gambling problem, or indeed feel that you currently have issues in managing your gambling, you may wish to consider self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion is an official process where you ask us to prevent you accessing Lottoland products and services for a specified period of time. This period can last 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.
During this time, we will prevent you accessing your account and will remove you from our marketing databases. Please be aware that self-exclusion is an agreement between Lottoland and yourself; in return for our taking all reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling with us, you agree not to attempt to access our products and services in any way.
Your account will not be automatically reinstated after the self-exclusion period; you will have to contact our customer service to be able to use your account again.
