Specific Terms

1. Earn entries prize draws and be in with a chance to win a share of £50,000 in bonus prizes.
2. The Promotion runs from 11:00 GMT on the 22nd of December 2024 until 22:59 GMT on the 7th of January 2025.

2. To claim your Bonus Funds, you must login to your Lottoland account and visit the 'My Promotions' section in 'My Account'.
3. Bonus prizes will be paid within 5 working days of the promotional period ending.
4. There is a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus prize, and as such players must stake the value of their winnings 10 times before they become withdrawable. E.G If you receive a prize of £50, you will need to stake £500 before any winnings become withdrawable and can be used only on the qualifying games.
5. All prizes will expire 14 days after crediting.

Everyone's a Winner General Terms Week 1: Lotto Bonus

1. Everyone is a Winner Prizes will be credited at the end of Week 1 of the promotional period.
2. All players who opt-in and staked a minimum of £10 in each week of campaign but do not win a bonus prize will receive a £2 Lotto Bonus.
3. Lotto Bonus will expire after 7 days.
4. Lotto Bonus bets must be wagered 1 time on Lotto before any winnings become withdrawable.

Everyone’s a Winner General Terms Week 2: Free Spins

1. Everyone is a Winner Prizes will be credited at the end of Week 2 of the promotional period.

3. Free Spins claimed or unclaimed will expire after 14 days.

Restrictions

1. We prohibit certain types of play which are a breach of these terms and conditions where and whenever players attempt them and whether or not such attempts prove successful. These prohibited types of play include the following:
   (a) Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that seeks to minimise the normal risks or odds of a game, spin or bet, including overall funds risk on any promo, play or bet).

2. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
3. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and/or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, or any other automated means, in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, then that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize or bonus award will be void.
4. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to completion of wagering requirements, if any, or (where applicable) the award of any prize (other than bonus funds), then bonus funds in relation to the former are forfeited and in respect of the latter then reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method within a reasonable time period in relation to any live entries at time of closure.
5. Lottoland excludes any and all liability to participants for any loss, damage, disappointment, injury or loss of enjoyment, expectancy, or amenity, suffered by, or connected to, any player entering any of its Promotions, except in relation to death or personal injury or other liability which it cannot exclude by law.

Standard Terms

1. Your use of our website and any gaming or betting on it, is governed by our terms and conditions (the general terms) which apply, and you are taken to accept in addition to these Promotional Terms. 2. 7. We can change or cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions without giving you notice, if any change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation or any other exceptional circumstances outside of our control:
   (a) By giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other significant reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems, we use to provide this promotion, or we identify any significant mistake or error in this promotion or the terms on which it is offered).
   (b) We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
8. If Lottoland across its networks find that you have used more than one account to participate, then any promotional amount or bonus earned on the duplicate account(s) will be cancelled.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware, software or systems failures or malfunctions, nor for any unavailable, lost or interrupted, network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. We will use our records to determine whether any entries have been validly made.
10. In the event that any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Lottoland which prevents Lottoland from complying with these terms and conditions then we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations for the period of such act, event, or circumstance.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Gibraltar. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of Gibraltar.
